I live in Fribourg/Freiburg and work at <a href="https://worldline.com/en/home/main-navigation/solutions/financial-institutions/acquiring/acquiring-processing.html">Worldline Switzerland</a>.</p> <p>I like running and hiking; instead of a car I own a bike and I commute by train, trying to minimize my carbon footprint in order to keep this planet a liveable world for my granddaughter.</p> <p>About 48 years ago I discovered my passion for programming with a Texas Instruments TI-57, Basic and Pascal, and I started earning money as a developer in 1989, first with C, C++ and Make, now with Java and Maven.</p>
